Flash Flood Watch remains in effect for Guam, Rota, Saipan, and Tinian into Thursday Morning. Rainfall of 3-6″ from a combination of nearby disturbances expected for the next few days, resulting in potential flash flooding off of streams, creeks, and low lying areas.
