Tropical Depression Kong-rey will give potentially heavy rainfall and gusty winds to the northern Marianas through tonight. Wind gusts to 60 mph possible Siapan/Tinian. Lesser chances Guam. Another tropical disturbance will bring locally heavy rain and winds to the Marianas over the weekend, with Tinian and Saipan again with the greatest risk of heavy rain and winds.
