A Typhoon Watch and Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for Guam. A Typhoon Warning is in effect for Rota, Tinian, and Saipan. Typhoon conditions are expected to arrive within 6-12 hours. Tropical Storm winds already affecting the area. Super Typhoon Sinlaku has winds of 175 MPH, and is located 230 miles SE of Guam, moving NW at 10 MPH. Rainfall of up to 20″ will cause massive flooding and mudslides. Destructive storm surge and waves up to 15′ expected as well tonight. This is a dangerous storm, and preparations should be made now to protect yourself.
